About
Hi, my name is Jason Moore.
And my passion for wine struck at a pretty young age.
I was born and raised in Dallas, and when I was 17 I started working in fine dining restaurants.
Pretty quickly the wine directors and sommeliers saw I was interested in the wines we served. So they took me under their wing and introduced me to some of the greatest wines on the planet. And suddenly my interest evolved into a passion.
Realizing that wine was my passion, at the age of 24, my girlfriend and I eloped (in secret), sold everything we owned and moved to Napa for me to pursue my lofty aspiration of becoming a winemaker.
And God bless this wonderful country, the land of opportunity… because here I am today…

Deep garnet-purple colored, it has wonderfully fragrant blue and black fruits, florals and earth notes with savory olive and meat hints. The palate is medium to full-bodied with lovely ripe, grainy tannins and great freshness, with a firm, muscular structure and long, multi-layered finish.

Amazing Modus Operandi tasting
